Soccer

یکی از احمقانه‌ترین چیزهایی که اخیرن دیدم، ریشه واژه soccer امریکایی هست. این واژه یه اصطلاح عامیانه (slang) دانش‌جویی است که از تغییر شکل واژه assoc به وجود اومده (!!!) که خود assoc مخفف association football هست. اگه باورتون نمی‌شه به لینک‌های زیر سر بزنین:
